Yogi Flight School

Never in a million years did I think that clicking on a Facebook ad would change not only my yoga practice, but also my mindset and ultimately my life.

Yogi Flight School, ran by Nathania Stambouli is an amazing experience for beginners and practiced yogis alike. Its an 8 week live, zoom program, that focuses on different arm balances / inversions each week. Week 1 you begin with Crow Pose (Bakasana) and build from there into poses like Fallen Angel, Flying Pigeon (pictured above) and so may more! I can't say enough about the international community that Nathania is gathering for this incredibly challenging and intensive program!

Also included are hours and hours of pre-recorded content to help further your practice. On top of that, you can join a "members only" facebook group to meet the other students and encourage each other along your "ninja" journey. The best part is that once you are part of the Yogi Flight School family you can jump into future live classes to continue your practice.

Nathania's has an amazing ability to break down arm balances and inversions into tiny bite sized pieces. This paired with her incredibly supportive and positive attitude can help anyone accomplish their goals. She sets you up for success with her detailed warmups and explanations!

Being a part of this program has built so much self-esteem and has altered my mind set to one of "I can do anything!"
