6 Point Breath

Do you ever feel disconnected with yourself, with your surroundings? This breath will help you find your way back. Sending your breath to specific parts of the body allows gentle expansions and contractions that help reconnect the breath and the body.

Find a comfortable grounding pose, maybe its seated or laying down. For a deeper connection you can place one hand on the heart and one on your abdomen. This light pressure can help start the reconnection process; first with theearth beneath you, the sky above you, and then yourself. Press play and breathe!
